Internal Spray Wire Rope Lubricant Applicator

The Kirkpatrick Group, Inc. announces the development of a new concept in the application of low viscosity wire rope dressings.

The method incorporates the Kirkpatrick Jumbo Lubrication Collar adapted with four (4,000 p.s.i.) high-pressure spray nozzles. This method provides the user 360 degree controlled application and much less lubricant loss than with normal application methods. The entire coating process is contained within the Central Lubrication Chamber of specially designed seals.

The System will accommodate wire rope diameters up to 2 ¼". There are three models to choose from:
• JU5L: Fit for 5 gallon pails.
• JU16L: Fit for 16 gallon drums.
• JU55L: Fit for 55 gallon drums.
