DYNAGARD Wire Rope Lubricants

Since first introducing our wire rope lubrication system over a decade ago, we have been introduced to many fine wire rope lubricants marketed by very reputable firms. In fact, many of these firms currently recommend our system for use with their product lines. As a consequence, it is not our purpose to steer you away from a wire rope lubricant you are satisfied with, unless of course, it is incompatible with our wire rope lubrication system’s operational requirements. In such a scenario we are more concerned with whether a given product will meet our standards of coating and penetration. You, the customer, must determine whether it is a quality lubricant which meets the standards of your particular wire rope maintenance program.

Over those years we have been asked by users of our wire rope lubrication systems to also provide a quality lubricant which would not only be compatible operationally, but also provide long term protection from corrosion and wear. Our DYNAGARD Wire Rope Lubricants are built around government and commercial user's input and their experiences, positive and negative, involving hundreds of wire rope applications around the world. These applications involve every temperature range (arctic and equatorial) as well as severe salt water corrosion conditions.

A great deal of time has been taken by our company to determine what characteristics our wire rope lubricants should have in meeting the stringent corrosion / wear and environmental requirements as set forth by our users. DYNAGARD "Blue" and DYNAGARD "E" are the result and are formulated to give the user the most complete coating and penetration of wire rope possible. In addition, their environmental field performance has resulted in their use by the United States Navy, United States Coast Guard and NOAA.
